Through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, in a few taps. There's a shortcut to it in the app under Settings, nothing to email us about, and nobody will try to talk you out of it. You keep your membership until the end of the period you've already paid for and it won't renew after that. Cancelling doesn't delete your account, that's a separate choice you can make any time.
Your profile is removed. Holding an even ratio only works if the members on both sides are actually present, so we don't keep a place open for a profile that's gone quiet. You're welcome back any time, but you'll reapply and join the waitlist like everyone else.
We're opening across the United States first. The ratio is held city by city, so a city comes alive as soon as there are enough members on both sides for it to work there. Join the list and you'll be first in when yours does.
