1. Introduction

LEBEX CAPITAL LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through compliance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we collect from users ("you" or "User") of the One to One mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), how we use and share that information, and the choices available to you.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide directly

Account and profile information: name, date of birth, gender, sexual orientation and gender preferences, email address, phone number, password, photos, and profile prompts or bio.
Verification information: government ID or photo verification, if you choose to complete identity verification features.
Content you create: messages sent to other users, "likes," matches, reports, and other in-app activity.
Purchase information: subscription tier and transaction history. Payment card details are processed and stored by the applicable app store or payment processor, not by us directly.
Communications: information you provide when you contact customer support.

2.2 Information collected automatically

Device information: device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, mobile network information, and app version.
Usage data: features used, time spent on the Service, swipe and match activity, pages viewed, and referring or exit pages.
Location information: with your permission, precise or approximate geolocation, used to show you nearby matches and calculate distance between users.
Cookies and similar technologies: session data, analytics identifiers, and preferences, as described in Section 6.

2.3 Information from third parties

If you register or log in using a third-party account (for example, Google, Apple or Facebook), we may receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider, subject to your privacy settings with them.
Information from analytics and advertising partners, to the extent you interact with ads related to the Service.

2.4 Sensitive information

Because One to One is a dating application, certain information we collect, such as sexual orientation, dating preferences, precise location, and photos, may be considered sensitive personal information under applicable law. We collect and use this information only as necessary to operate the matching and safety features of the Service, and as otherwise described in this Policy.

We do not knowingly collect information revealing health conditions, immigration status, or similarly sensitive categories unless you voluntarily include it in your profile or messages, which we do not recommend.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

Create and manage your account and profile.
Operate the matching algorithm and display potential matches based on your preferences and location.
Facilitate communication between matched users.
Process payments and manage subscriptions.
Verify user identity and detect fake profiles, fraud, and impersonation.
Monitor for and enforce violations of our Terms of Service, including harassment, scams, and safety threats.
Send administrative communications, security alerts, and, where you have consented, marketing communications.
Analyze usage trends to improve and personalize the Service.
Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from public authorities.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information as follows:

With other Users: your profile (photos, bio, age, approximate distance) is visible to other Users as part of the core functionality of the Service. Do not include information in your public profile that you do not want other Users to see.
Service providers: vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, analytics, customer support, identity verification, and payment processing, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
App stores: Apple and Google process payments and may receive transaction-related information under their own privacy policies.
Legal and safety reasons: to comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal process; to enforce our Terms of Service; to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our Users, or the public; or to investigate fraud or security issues.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, in which case personal information may be transferred as a business asset, subject to this Policy.
With your consent: for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection or with your consent.

5. Your choices and rights

5.1 Profile and account information

You may review and update most of your profile information within the app's settings at any time. You may delete your account at any time, which will remove your profile from active matching, subject to the retention practices described in Section 8.

5.2 Location and notifications

You may disable location sharing and push notifications through your device settings, though this may limit certain features of the Service, such as distance-based matching.

5.3 Marketing communications

You may opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in any such email. You will continue to receive transactional and administrative messages related to your account.

5.4 California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA"), gives you the right to: (a) know what personal information we have collected about you and how it has been used and shared; (b) request deletion of your personal information; (c) correct inaccurate personal information; (d) opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell personal information for money, and do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising unless you are separately notified); and (e) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

You may submit a request by contacting us using the information in Section 12. We will verify your identity before fulfilling your request.

5.5 Other state and international rights

Residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws, and users in jurisdictions such as the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, may have similar rights of access, correction, deletion, and portability. Contact us as described in Section 12 to exercise these rights, and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, mobile SDKs, and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, understand usage patterns, and, where applicable, measure the effectiveness of advertising.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and control mobile tracking through your device's privacy settings, for example Apple's App Tracking Transparency.

7. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will promptly delete that information and terminate the associated account.

If you believe a user under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information in Section 12.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and safety investigations.

When you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for the purposes described above. For example, records related to a safety report may be retained longer.

9. Data security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International data transfers

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by other reasonable means prior to the change becoming effective. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
